Look out for them across our classes as they pass their knowledge, expertise and experiences through their coaching.

NDP national finals 2026

A huge 8 gymnasts from Gymtopia qualified to represent the North of England at National Finals. Not only is this the most gymnasts Gymtopia have ever qualified in one year, Gymtopia also had the most gymnasts qualified from the North Region with representation in every NDP category.

To qualify for national finals, all gymnasts needed to place top 5 overall to gain a place on the regional team.

Amazing achievement for Millie competing in performance 4; Annabelle and Amelia performance 3; Elizabeth, Jessica and Lola performance 2; Ruby and Sophia performance 1.

Individually Ruby had an excellent showing on Vault and bars with an 8th place finish on both and Sophia with a 7th place finish vault. Lola also had a top ten finish on vault with a 7th place.

Performance, Development, Disability and Foundation Grades 2026

An amazing 7 overall champions were crowned from Gymtopia at NDP Grades North. Every gymnast received a placing on an apparatus or overall. This is a fantastic achievement given that Gymtopia has a huge 42 gymnasts competing. Congratulations to all gymnasts competing this is an outstanding showing of hard work and determination.

Gymtopia had a fantastic 8 gymnasts qualify to national finals in Stoke on Trent later in the year.

This was also the first year gymnasts from Gymtopia competed in the NDP disability grades in the North region. Although currently these grades are very small in category within the North region, Gymtopia are proud to have 3 regional disability champions in their respective levels, with 4 of our gymnasts competing in the disability programme. We are hoping that the success of these gymnasts will encourage future or current disability gymnasts to pursue the sport.

Gymtopia are proud to celebrate the joy and inclusivity of the sport in the region as one of very few clubs to follow the disability pathway in the North. Unfortunately there is not currently a national finals for the disability grades due to the small minority of gymnasts competing across the country. However, Gymtopia hopes that in time the demand for this should be recognised as we continue to celebrate the accomplishments of gymnasts with disabilities.

North Grades 2026

A fantastic well done to the gymnasts who competed at North Grades 2026. Every gymnast representing Gymtopia achieved a placing in their categories. This was the first grades for a number of our gymnasts which shows how hard all of them worked in the lead up.
